Check a Skiplagged ticket on Google Flights.

Found a ticket on Skiplagged? Paste the link or open it, and Hidden Flight finds the same flight numbers and dates on Google Flights. Already on Google Flights? Select a flight and it looks for a cheaper longer ticket on that same flight. Either way: Google's current price, every segment verified, one button to the airline. Nothing is booked here.

  • Works on Skiplagged and Google Flights
  • Exact flight numbers and dates
  • Runs in your browser
  • No booking fee
A Skiplagged trip drawer for New York to Los Angeles ticketed on to San Diego, with the Hidden Flight card beside it reading You could save $110, $349 versus $459, Delta Main Basic, JFK to LAX your stop, and a View $349 flight on Google button.
Recorded 28 Oct 2026 in a test browser: JFK → LAX on a ticket to SAN. Skiplagged showed $349, Google quoted $349. No booking was made. Prices change.

One card. Three states.

The same card appears on Skiplagged, on Google Flights and in the toolbar. It only ever shows one ticket at a time. Start from a Skiplagged ticket:

The empty card: a Skiplagged link field, a Check flight button, and an Enter flight details link.
1. Paste or open

Paste a Skiplagged link, or open a ticket's details on Skiplagged and the card reads it for you.

The card while checking: Checking your ticket, looking up the exact flights and current price.
2. Checked on Google

Every flight number and local date must come back. A different departure is never substituted.

The result card: You could save $135, $293 versus $428 compared with the lowest listed fare for the same flight to JFK, LAX to JFK your stop, and a View $293 flight on Google button.
3. Same flights, current price

Google's quote with provider and fare brand, the comparison fare, and one button to the booking page.

Example itinerary from the offline test fixture, not a current fare.

On Google Flights, it finds the Skiplagged ticket for you.

Select a flight and click Hidden Flight. The card runs a short search for a longer ticket that starts with that exact flight and costs less, the trick Skiplagged is built on. If it finds one, every segment is verified before you see a number.

The card on Google Flights after selecting a flight: the selected flight and a Check this flight button.
1. Select a flight, click Hidden Flight

No link to paste. The card reads the flight you selected.

The result on Google Flights: You could save $135, a longer ticket LAX to JFK continuing to BOS at $293 versus $428 for the plain ticket, and a View $293 flight on Google button.
2. A cheaper longer ticket, if one exists

Same first flight, ticketed further. Shown only when Google returns it and it beats the plain fare.

The card asking Where will you get off? with the connection airport as a choice for a ticket that already has a connection.
3. Connecting ticket? It asks where you get off

Then it checks that exact itinerary, just like a Skiplagged link.

Example itinerary from the offline test fixture. The search is capped at a few dozen Google requests and runs only when you click.

What the numbers mean

The card never rounds, estimates or guesses. Each number has one source.

You could save

The comparison fare minus Google's quote. It appears only when both numbers were returned for the same flight, date, one adult, Economy, USD.

Google quote

Google's current price for these exact flight numbers and dates, with the provider and fare brand shown.

Compared with

The lowest listed fare for the same flight ticketed to your stop. Basic fares are excluded when your quote is not Basic.

The airline sets the final price

Bags, seats and refund rules differ by fare brand. The card hands you to the booking page; it never books.

Hundreds less on the same flight.

Five tickets from the recorded checks on 28 Oct 2026. Each number is Google's price for the plain ticket to your stop minus Google's price for the longer ticket, same flight, same day, one adult, Economy, USD. Skiplagged's price matched Google's on every one. Records, not current offers.
